KAWS Announces ALONG THE WAY Companion Figures

Brooklyn based artist KAWS announced the release of a brand new Companion figure. An image of the new figure was posted on KAWS Instagram account along with the caption “KAWS: ALONG THE WAY / Soon at KAWSONE.com.”

The figure features one Companion comforting another in a one-armed embrace. Patrons of the Brooklyn Museum will recognize this pair as it appears to be modeled off of the 18’ tall wooden Companion sculpture that appeared in the museum’s lobby in 2015.
